I’m offering four separate challenges in an effort to learn more about the destinations we travel to. The great thing is, you can join which ever challenge is more relevant to the things in life YOU enjoy.
The challenges are food, books, movies and arts. For now, I just have the food part figured out… and it goes like this:
Many people like to try new recipes, and now you have an opportunity to try pretty random national dish recipes, within a community of like-minded recipe makers, all in one place. Here’s how it will work. If you are interested in joining, please read through and the information will be at the bottom of this post.
Every two weeks I will be introducing a new destination on this blog. For TFH (Travel From Home) Food Challenge Members, I will send you am email with a link to a recipe that has a popular dish from that destination. You make the dish, blog about it, send me the link, and I’ll let everyone know that you made it, too. Now, here’s some FAQs that no one has yet asked, but what I would ask if I was visiting this site for the first time:
What if I don’t like the recipe you picked?
Fair enough. If you don’t like the specific recipe I picked, find another, alter it or try a different dish from the destination specified. As long as it’s a dish from the destination of choice, it’s all good.
When do I have to make the dish?
I publish my food post the first week of the destination, on the first Wednesday. Let me know within a week, and I’ll post it on this blog. Yay!
Do you share emails with others?
Nope! I will only use your email to send out the recipe once every other week. That’s it!
Will you have a blogroll?
Yes! Let me know you want to participate, then actually participate and I will add your blog to the TFH: Food Challenge Blogroll.
